Since it's a prepaid.. I availed of the unlimited surfing for 5 days.. and as a working mom.. I try to squeeze in a little time to go online whenever my child is asleep..(before I go to bed).. unfortunately, whenever I log in it's always "failed" and when I call the Customer Service I often get the standard answer "sorry for the inconvenience ma'am but we are currently having a system upgrade..kindly monitor within 24 hours"..
I want to tell them that "time is Gold".. the "me time" i have is very limited and all I want is to access the net with the money I paid for.. (but of course, i didn't do that).. well, that's basically it .. I'm just thinking aloud and expressing my disappointment.. hehe, sayang naman kasi yung chance na may nagpahiram ng laptop sakin..
I guess... I'll just pray that "Bro" will give me a laptop soon so I don't have to borrow..=).. anyways, what can I do?..instead of getting mad.. I'll just have to smile and accept the fact that maybe they are really doing a system upgrade.. hehe.. hay! Smart Bro..
