Good Run Gone Bad...(caused by a stupid Drunk Driver)

Last Saturda, June 27, 2010, I was suppose to run at Lactacyd Team Woman Run.. I usually take a cab going to the Fort because it's just near our place.. That morning, I've decided to ask my husband to drive for me since I'm almost late for the run..

While we were at McKinley Hill, a few meters away from the Starting point of the race..we stopped the car and see if I can go down already. Then a Toyota Revo just slammed our car. I was so shocked that I didn't realize the extent of the damage in our car. The only thing that came into my mind is..is my husband okay?..

We were so fortunate that there were Police Officers on the area. The drunk driver even tried to runaway with his vehicle..fortunately (for us!) the front wheel exploded and can't run anymore..This whole experience gives me a lot of realization.. I can write a whole page narrating the story..(unfortunately, due to time constraints ..I can't)..

We're so blessed that no one get hurt.. but if you'll see our car.. you'd think otherwise.. so I'm calling all the drivers out there.. PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE...
