I love joining online contests and recently I won a gift certificate at JOYful D*Sign (http://joyfuldsign.etsy.com). I was so delighted to receive an email from Denise that I can already choose the items on her shop. I haven’t met her but she seems to be a really nice person. And the items on her shop are really adorable.
Unfortunately, there was a confusion because a certain Etsy user who is trying to make a bogus transaction (pretending that she is me or something like that.. well, I don’t even have an Etsy account) was leaving negative feedback on her site. That person was ordering on my behalf. This is very bad because Denise’s work are very good (you may see for yourself at http://joyfuldsign.etsy.com) and based on the reviews most customer feedbacks are positive and amazed on her works and the way she handles the items for shipping.
I just feel bad that there are cases like this. Just like the spammers whom I really hate for flooding my email. (this is another story). I just hope that people online will still keep their values and be responsible on their actions.
